| John Byrnes 1st Degree Black Belt John has been training for 9 year. His drive for training is a credit to himself and he is a role model for all students John teaches at Neath and sometimes at Aberdare |
| Micheal Conway is one of the youngest Chief Instructors in the UK Mike has been training for 5 years he was one of the first students to attend Aberdare he is now a CI at Seventeen and has achieved a lot in such a small space of time |

Debbie Conway joined the Aberdare class 3 years ago after sitting and watching her two daughters train for 12 months Debbie always gives 100% to her teaching / training and was promoted to Chief Instructor in June 2007 |
Angela Burton joined the Aberdare class 3years ago along with her son and daughter Angela has lots of confidence in teaching and puts 100% into her own personal training Angela was promoted to Chief Instructor in June 2007 |
Clare Williams Assistant Instructor at Neath Clare joined the Neath School about three years ago and regularly take the children class Clare's drive for training is a credit to herself |
Joanne joined us at Aberdare 3 years ago with a few of her friends she is the only one of them left her commitment and determination to learn has given her confidants in teaching and training which makes her an asset to the team |
| Gemma Blayney Gemma is a 2nd Degree Black Belt and started her training in martial art's at the age of six. Gemma is a Team Leader at both Aberdare and Neath classes and has now qualified as an Assistant instructor |

Kelly Harris Assistant Instructor at Neath Kelly been with the Neath School for many years and also helped me in the early days with the Aberdare School Kelly enjoys teaching the children and also helps in the womans only class |
Kelvin Richards Assistant Instructor at Aberdare Kelvin has been helping out in the Children's class for the past year and I have come to rely on him . Kelvin was made up to A.I. On the 10/12/06 I Know he will be an asset to the Aberdare School |
